What is small group personal training? Small group training at 151bpm is instructor led training for 2-5 clients. A lot of other PT’s offer larger group classes, however, at 151bpm we prefer to keep the group small as it allows the trainer to give proper attention to all participants and thereby keeping it somewhat personal.
Small group training provides a cost effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with a fitness professional as the cost is spread across the group. Some people also get more out of group training due to their competitive juices - they perform better as they strive to outperform & outlast their fellow members. Another advantage of small group training is the benefits of working in a group. When people start exercising in a group, they establish relationships, trust, teamwork and often make friends with others.
