FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below are some frequently asked questions. If you do not find the answer you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. What is your refund/cancellation policy?

A. All individual and group training packages/sessions are non-refundable. Any unused sessions can be held for up to one month to be used at a later date. You are permitted to transfer any unused sessions to another person if you can no longer participate as long as these unused sessions have been paid for in full.

 

Q. What are your payment options?

A. We accept credit card, direct bank transfer and cash. We also use ANZ Fastpay so you can ensure your credit/debit card payment is processed securely and promptly and a receipt is received immediately. Payment for casual sessions must be made on the day before commencement of the session. Please see the corresponding pages for 12 week package and group training payment options.

Q. How far do you travel?

A. To avoid lengthy travel times we aim to only travel within 12 kilometres of Glenelg however it is at the trainer's discretion if they wish to travel further than this.

Q. Do I need to bring any equipment with me?

A. No you don't. We have a great range of equipment that we bring to each session. All you need to bring is a towel, a bottle of water and a can do attitude!

Q. Can I bring my child along with me?

A. Our focus is on providing a family friendly service and we understand that it can be difficult finding a time to exercise when you have children. As we provide a mobile service we can arrange a time to train in your home so your child can remain comfortable and safe and can play in their own environment whilst you train!

Q. Do you require a health screen?

A. Yes! Prior to the commencement of your first training session you will be required to complete a health screening. If any problems are identified during this process you may be required to get a clearance from your doctor before continuing.

 To avoid any inconvenience clients must notify their trainer at least 4 hours prior to commencement of their session if unable to train unless in the case of an emergency. Failure to notify your trainer may result in you paying for that session in full. It is understandable that unforeseen circumstances may mean you are running late for a session. If you are running late please notify your trainer asap as they will only wait 10 minutes for your arrival. If you do not notify your trainer you may be required to pay for that session in full.
